Attention Homeowners from Sundance
When your home needs a new coat of paint, get quality paints from either Home Depot or Sherwin Williams. Home Depot and Sherwin Williams have matching paint colors. Everything should be under Sundance or Missions or Missions - Sundance.
The Board voted to change the trim color to Sherwin Williams Black Bean to give the community a more "updated" appearance. The next time you paint, you must change the trim color (Barn Red) to the new Black Bean color in satin finish.

The wall color at Home Depot is Creamy White in semi-gloss finish. For a discount or if you have difficulty tracking down the paint, the Code can also be found by referring to this phone number: 305.271.6201. They have three grades that are of different costs. If you go to the front desk, ask for the 10% discount by referring to the phone number: 305.271.6201. For doors, use a semi-gloss finish in the same color.
